✝️ Divine Finds 4 U – Shipping & Returns Policy (Updated 2025)

At Divine Finds 4 U, every order is more than a package-it’s a message of faith, love, and comfort. Each item is made with care and prayer to bring warmth to hearts and homes.

🌎 Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States and Canada.
Because some products are made-to-order and others are stocked or fulfilled by trusted partners, your order may arrive in multiple packages. Every package is tracked and shipped with care.

⏳ Processing Time

  • Print-on-Demand items (blankets, mugs, jewelry, wall art): 2 – 5 business days for printing & prep.

  • Stocked or dropship items: 3 – 7 business days handling time.

You’ll receive tracking information by email once each item ships.

🚚 Estimated Delivery

  • U.S. orders: 5 – 10 business days

  • Canada orders: 7 – 15 business days

(Shipping carriers may experience occasional delays due to weather or customs.)

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, please contact us at support@divinefinds4u.com.
If it hasn’t arrived within 60 days of purchase, you’re eligible for a full refund.

💰 Shipping Rates

  • U.S.: Flat rate or free shipping on qualifying orders.

  • Canada: Flat rate $8 CAD Quick Dispatch or DHL Express upgrade at checkout.

💵 Taxes & Duties

We do not currently collect Canadian taxes or import duties at checkout.
Orders to Canada may incur small import fees, usually collected by the carrier upon delivery.
We will update this policy if tax collection becomes required in the future.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

We want every customer to be completely satisfied.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or not as described, we cover the return shipping and replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

Non-Defective Items
For returns that are not due to defect, a 30% restocking fee applies.
Items must be in their original condition and packaging and returned within 15 days of delivery.
Once the return is received, we issue your refund minus the restocking fee.

Divine Finds 4 U reserves the right to refuse returns made after 15 days from delivery.

📦 Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery at support@divinefinds4u.com.
We’ll gladly reprint or resend your item as quickly as possible.
