At Divine Finds 4 U, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their order.
Every product is created with love, care, and purpose — whether it’s a custom-made gift or a stocked item ready to ship.

If we make a mistake, we make it right. 💜


📦 Return Eligibility

We accept returns on non-personalized, unused items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, please contact us at support@divinefinds4u.com.
Once approved, we’ll provide a return label and instructions.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


🩵 Reprints & Replacements (For POD Items)

Our Print-on-Demand items (blankets, mugs, jewelry, wall art, etc.) are made especially for you at the time of purchase.
We do not accept general returns on personalized or made-to-order items unless they arrive defective or damaged.

We gladly reprint or replace any product that:

  • Arrives damaged or misprinted

  • Contains incorrect personalization due to our error

  • Is lost in transit

Please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.


🚫 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable goods, personal care products, or hazardous materials

If you’re unsure about your item’s eligibility, please contact us before returning it.


💵 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note: it may take your bank or credit card company additional time to process and post the refund.


🚚 Returned to Sender / Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • You can choose to have it reshipped (shipping & handling fees apply), or

  • Receive a refund minus the original shipping costs and a 30% restocking fee.

If a package is lost or destroyed by the carrier after being returned, we can provide a 50% store credit toward a replacement item.


💜 Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate and make it right.


🕊️ Order Cancellations

Because many of our products are made-to-order, we can only cancel or modify orders within 12 hours of purchase.
After that window, your order may already be in production.


🇪🇺 European Union Customers

If your order ships to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason.
Items must be returned in original condition with packaging and proof of purchase.


🌍 International Shipping Taxes & Duties

Customs duties and import taxes are not included in our product prices.
These may be charged by your country’s customs office upon delivery.
We do not collect these fees at checkout.
